A 30% advance is payable on booking.

A damages deposit of EUR 800 is requested upon arrival. It will have to be paid in cash. The refund should be made on the day of your departure. The deposit will be fully refunded in cash, if no damage has been noted by the property.

Animals are not allowed

Towels and bed linen are included in the rental

The cleaning of the villa is not included in the rental price. The sum of 160 euros will be billed to you.
